How do I play?
Ghosts pop up all over the room. Catch them before they fade. In most haunts you tap a ghost to pop it; in some you drag anywhere to fly your own ghost after them. Each round tells you how many to catch. A few can get away — a ghost getting away never costs you a Glow — but lose a round and one of your three Glows goes out. Lose all three and the run ends. Tap PLAY AGAIN for a brand-new run. HOW TO PLAY on the home screen shows every kind of ghost.
What is free?
The first seven haunts — THE HOUSE to NIGHTMARE — are free to play and replay forever, with no subscription. Haunts 8 to 15 (THE GRAVEYARD to MIDNIGHT), ENDLESS HAUNTS and the new haunts added every month come with GHOST+, the GHOST subscription.
How does the subscription work?
Choose MONTHLY ($0.99 a month) or ANNUAL ($7.99 a year) and confirm with Apple. GHOST+ opens haunts 8 to 15 and ENDLESS HAUNTS at once. There is no free trial: the seven free haunts are there to try GHOST first. Payment is taken when you confirm, and the plan renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices can differ outside the United States; GHOST always shows your local price before you confirm.
How do I cancel?
In GHOST: Settings → MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION. Or on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → GHOST. You keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, haunts 8 to 15 and ENDLESS HAUNTS lock again — your scores and progress are kept, and the first seven haunts stay free.
I subscribed, but the haunts are locked
Open the subscription screen (tap a locked haunt or ENDLESS HAUNTS, or Settings → GET GHOST+) and tap RESTORE PURCHASES while signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with. This is also how you bring your subscription to a new iPhone. If a purchase is waiting for Ask to Buy approval, GHOST opens as soon as it is approved.
Can I get a refund?
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The leaderboard is empty
Sign in to Game Center in your iPhone's Settings. If you are signed in and the board still isn't showing, your best score is still saved on your phone.
Can I start over?
Settings → ERASE PROGRESS clears your scores, the haunts you have opened and the ghosts you have met. It cannot be undone. It does not affect your subscription.
