GHOST

These terms cover GHOST, the iPhone game by Baggy Sweats. GHOST is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms add what is particular to GHOST. By playing, you agree to both.

The game

GHOST is a game for iPhone. There are no accounts and no advertising. The first seven haunts, THE HOUSE to NIGHTMARE, are free to play and replay for as long as you like, with no subscription.

Subscription

Haunts 8 to 15, ENDLESS HAUNTS, and the new haunts we add every month are part of the GHOST+ subscription: MONTHLY at $0.99 a month or ANNUAL at $7.99 a year (US prices; your local price is shown in the app before you confirm).

No free trial. The subscription starts, and your Apple Account is charged, when you confirm a plan with Apple. The seven free haunts are there to try GHOST first.

Renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple Account.

Cancelling. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings, or from Settings → MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION in GHOST. After cancelling, the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

When it ends. Your progress, scores and the haunts you have reached are kept. Haunts 8 to 15 and ENDLESS HAUNTS simply lock again until you subscribe. The first seven haunts stay free.

Restoring. On a new phone, or after reinstalling, tap RESTORE PURCHASES on the subscription screen while signed in to the same Apple Account.

Using it

You may play GHOST for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its artwork, sounds or text.

Leaderboards

Scores are submitted to Game Center under your own Game Center account and are subject to Apple's terms. We may not be able to remove or correct a score once Apple has recorded it.

No warranty

GHOST is provided as it is. We work to make it fair and fun, but we cannot promise it will be free of bugs or always available.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change to a subscription price is always confirmed with you by Apple before it applies.
